Sir,

We, the students 0f the Inter classes of your college, beg to state that we intend to undertake a study tour to some important historical places of our country. We have already chalked out a programmed which includes a visit to Phaharpur, and Mahasthangarh. Such a visit will go a long way to remove our monotony and renew our zeal for study. Besides, this will open up a vista of our distant past and furnish us with much knowledge. Our team will consist of 50 students and two teachers of the Department of Islamic History. We shall need one week to complete the programme.

In the circumstance, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to accord your permission to this programme and oblige us thereby.
