Sir,
We, the inhabitants of Kalarbari, beg to state the
following facts for your kind consideration.
It is a matter of regret that there in no tube-well
in our village. It is very difficult for jus to procure drinking eater from a
distant place. Very often the people of our village have to drink polluted
water from ponds. The impure water of the ponds causes diseases like cholera,
dysentery and others of the kind. As a result, some people of our village die
of cholera and other diseases every year.
Under the above circumstances, we hope that you
would be kind enough to sanction a tube-well for our village so that we may get
rid of the water born diseases.
