A dialogue between Patient and doctor.

Ans:

Patient         : May I come in sir?

Doctor         : Yes. Sit down. What’s your problem?

Patient         : I have been felling severe pain in my stomach for a few hours.

Doctor         : I will check you. Lay down in this seat.

Patient         : Ok.

Doctor         : (After checking) have you taken rich oily food today?

Patient         : Yes. I have eaten pawroti and egg in a restaurant in the morning today. Please do something for me.

Doctor         : Sure. That’s my duty. I am prescribing two medicines. I hope you will be quite alright.

Patient         : Thank you very much, doctor.

Doctor         : Thank you too.

Suppose, you are Rani and yo have been suffering from fever for a weak. Now, you are at the chamber of  a doctor. Write a dialogue between you and the doctor.

Ans:

Rani            : May I come in, Sir?

Doctor        : Yes, or course. Take you seat. What's your problem?

Rani            : I 've been suffering from fever for  about a week.

Doctor        : Have you taken any medicine for this?

Rani            :  Yes, Napa Extra. But that doesn't seem to have any effect.

Doctor        : Oh, you should neve take medicine prescribed other than a registered doctor. It may prove fatal.

Rani            : Sorry, sir. What should I do know?

Doctor        : Have these lab tests done. I'll prescribe medicine after studying your test reports.

Rani            : What do yo8 think it to be, sir?

Doctor        : I'm not sure. But I think, it's typhoid. However, see me with the reports at 7p. m. tomorrow. There's  nothing to be worried.

Rani            : Thank you, Sir.

Doctor        : Thank you too.
